Text of Complaint by Bappa Mondal:

I have been done a wrong videocon d2h recharge worth Rs 300 via phonepe application on 01 may 19 and l informed that matter to customer care executive and request a complain about it. They suggested me to complain via email to d2h care.l mailed my problem with full details and screen shot and company replied that there were no return policy about return. So pls solve my problem
