I have done a transaction on 17 th sep for the amount of 379rs and the transaction was successful but recharge was not happened in my mobile. I have called the customer care team but still i have not received the refund. 10 days already over but no response from them.

  • I have done a transaction on 17th sep for the amount of 379rs and the transaction was successful but recharge was not happened in my mobile. I have called the customer care team of both numbers (400 and 121), they are not giving any solution to this issue.  10 days already over but no response from them and they are giving an irresponsible answers.
