I have done a recharge of Rs 5,000 in my yolo247 gaming platform but the amount is not reflecting after two days of recharge

Text of Complaint by Deepak Kumar:

My name is deepak kumar and I have an account on yolo247 platform and on date of 07/10/2024 I have done a recharge of amount Rs 5,000 and still it not reflecting in my gaming platform I contacted with customer service of yolo247 platform they are saying that they didn’t get the amount but I also contacted with my bank the transaction is successful and amount is successfully transferred to yolo247 account. I want my money back
