My phone pay number is 9449593632 I have done a transaction of money transfer of Rs 10000 to my state bank of india to union bank on 2/02/2019. But my transaction has been failed due to technical issue but money is debited from my sbi but not credited to union bank . I request many times with sbi bank and phone pay .
