I currently reside in the USA and I have my Airtel number active for various reasons.
I have done three wrong recharged in the past and I have emailed Airtel regarding it but the only automated response is I have not registered my email ID .I am trying to reach Airtel customer care support but the call is just not going through to register my email if against my number 9952344265.
I have verified my email id in my Airtel thanks app.
I have attached 3 snapshots of the wrong recharges I have done trying to recharge my sisters number as well as mine.Kindly help me with this.
I have lost a total of Rs.4327.
I personally messaged the wrong numbers I recharged and they all claimed the recharge didn’t reach them.If that’s the case why has Airtel not automatically refunded my money?
