Last month when I have received my salary I have deposited an amount in this fi app for my bill payment. I tried to pay bills but till date I could not withdraw any amount. Spoke with customer care team for resolution. They make wait for hours on chat or on phone and will respond saying the give us time for resolution. And this has been happening for last 35 days. I asked them to deposit to alternate account of mine which they are not doing. Literally they are playing with my I motions and not resolving my issue. Need your help in resolution.
