I am writing to formally bring to your attention an issue regarding a deposit I made via your website on 20/03/2025 at 04:11 PM. I deposited Rs. 50,000.00 through UPI to DHURAI FARM FRESH WHOLESA into my game ID. However, as per your recent statement, the funds were credited to a different game ID, which I believe may be due to a technical error on your platform.
I immediately raised a complaint at 04:14 PM on the same day through WhatsApp to Mr. Parvez, the manager assigned to me from your platform. He acknowledged the complaint and logged it at 04:27 PM under Complaint No. PAYVIP-424413. I also submitted the complaint through your website’s customer support system.
I would like to clarify that I did not share any payment details with anyone outside of your official support channels. The only individual I communicated with regarding this matter was Mr. Parvez, via WhatsApp, and I have attached the relevant screenshots for your reference. I also communicated with your team through the official website chat.
Initially, I was informed that the payment was not received by your portal. To address this, I have provided the following documents:
Payment confirmation from Paytm
A copy of my bank statement
A written clarification from my bank
These documents confirm that the payment was completed successfully to the designated UPI ID as per the transaction record.
I kindly request that you re-investigate the issue thoroughly, including checking the IP address used during the transaction from both my mobile and desktop. Based on the findings, I respectfully request that you either:
Credit the amount to my correct game ID, or
Refund the full amount to my bank account.
All relevant evidence and documentation have been attached for your reference. I sincerely request your urgent attention and a resolution to this matter at the earliest, as there has been no error on my part.
