I have deposited ₹ 3500 to teenpattiroyal by using their app,I played the game there and won ₹ 1000 not my balance has ₹4764.54.now I want to withdraw my money back to me but withraw show only ₹ 518.29.

I have deposited ₹ 3500 to teenpattiroyal by using their app,I played the game there and won ₹ 1000 not my balance has ₹4764.54.now I want to withdraw my money back to me but withraw show only ₹ 518.29. when I chatted with the support member and share my problem with support member,I got the reply that I can withdraw only the won mount not my deposited amount.while I am not able to withdraw my won amount.Now the denied to withdraw my money.It mean they cheat the people.
