I have deposit recharge 3000 for gaming app teen patti master. they are not depositing it to my Wallet and neither they respond any positive thing they are just saying me to wait..

I did the recharge of 3000 on teen patti maaster and they are not depositing the amount to my wallet . I contacted on their cx support.but they don’t give any answer they just make me to wait hours but no answer..and i provided the proof of the payment like screenshot and UTR but the response is totally negative..
