- I have complaint to Airtel postpaid connection to change prepaid Thay said thay will change my plan to 399 to 199 but still thay not change my plan and my net not working and the coustmer care said I have to paid more untill 12 Nov. But I paid allrady my monthly bill 352 and also I pay untill 12 Nov bill 260 than why thay said I have to pay . So pls let me why. And pls change my son to prepaid . Tnx
