I have two airtel numbers,one is my jija’s,another one is mine,they are,8922019148,7054918832,please note that I have complaint several times from long past ago for not getting smooth internet access,I have correct internet settings on my side,customer care members talk very politely and commit to repair but uptill now it is not corrected,when I try to escalate via 198 or121,still it is not taken by answering that last six digits of your valid sr is wrong,when I diagnos in airtel app itself for smooth internet access,it is diagnosed that you have insufficient data,please recharge your account(when it has sufficient data)now I am very humiliated and tired of this problem,I have also wasted my money when I am unable to take benefit,your customer care member says your sr will take at least 15 days to repair,even so much of continuous srs,I am not getting smooth internet access even on any one of my two mentioned airtel numbers,I am at the situation of changing my mobile service provider,all my story can be confirmed from my record,this is not what we expected from AIRTEL
