I ordered Welch allyn 3.5 V Halogen HPX otoscope with rechargeable battery ( Order ID :402-7312007-1908307) on 15 March 2022 from amazon India.
I received the order today( 20 march 2022) from delivery boy. After opening the order , It was entirely wrong product (looked like a non functional smart watch) . I contacted amazon customer care and send them photos of this.
They said they will investigate this.
After 1 hour they send me an email that quotes ” we investigated and your package was delivered in good packaging and we wont be able to provide replacement ot refund.”
This order was worth 19,980 INR.
This is a fraud on behalf of amazon.
Please help me.
