My name is Divya Agarwal. I am writing this letter to report the defective TV purchased from Thomson TV Company (Flipkart) on 06.09.20.
I have complained many times about this tv but no action from their side your tv will be replaced in 2 days but from last 2 months we are just being confused no help from their side .
so i am informing you sir please help me to solve this problem i will be forever grateful to you.
