Text of Complaint by Pankaj singh:

I am pankaj sim i am customer of airtel last 5 years before i am using airtel e sim by mistake my esim will be deleted so last 2 months ago i will email message etc to airtel for reverification the sim and give me the physical sim again to my brother because i am out of country (dubai)i am not able to visit the store right now so airtel will told me send all the documents of me and my brother I already send everything to airtel but airtel can’t answer to my email they can’t help to their customers i am very sad with airtel they can’t responce to their customers i will send my all documents to 121@in.airtel.com last 2 months no any solutions thanks
