Sir/madam,
In finance app called dhani loan application, i took the loan and repayed it on time , i have cleared it 10 months before and not took any loans afterwards.
But recently when I checked the CIBIL report it is still in Active status, so after calling customer care and sending lot of emails it’s they didn’t take any action.
