I had received calls from amritsar for new post paid connection in which i m getting daily 1.5gb data unlimited calling, msgs and mobile security. But when my sim activated i have checked all benefits on airtel app. When i complained all this to airtel then after secure plan activated with monthly rent of 550/- while before joining airtel all these features were offered in 250/- i was really shocked with this huge amount of bill. Then after my phone screen broken n all formalities completed by me as required by airtel.. again n again airtel rejected but every time required formality completed.. but still i have not received any claim.. my phone is still with broken screen.. plz help me to recover my phone ….. ph. 9914947772
