Text of Complaint by Mamata Baily:

I had placed an order for a costly saree of rupees 681. But I received some other cheap saree. After receiving the product, i clicked on cancel option instead of clicking on return or exchange option. Now MEESHO is not showing any option such as return or cancel the product. How can I get my money back or how can I exchange the product for the original one.
