I have booked a hotel delhi by make my trip app on 24/06/2022 and stay in hotel date is 25/06/2022 but when I came to the hotel for staying then hotelier is denied my booking then I call to make my trip customer care but no one help to me then I cancel booking in 25/07/2022 but till date I have not recieve my refund amount many time I have call to make my trip customer care but no one help to me every time they are say to me your refund will be credited in your account but til date I have not recieve my refund amount please help me to resolve my problem.
