i have buy a 2nd hand iphone 12 pro max 512gb at total amount of 15999 after the full payment they sent me a iphone 8 plus broken and fake phone and now when i am calling they are not giving back or replacement for my phone and they are not giving my money back and upon that they are asking extra money for delivery which i have paid extra already still. They are taking to me very bad and ignoring my messages and call . i am student that my hard work money please help me.
