I have bought a Samsung Galaxy M12 from Amazon with order number order ID (403-2523266-2316351).
By seeing the mobile specifications, when i got the samsung mobile , the build quality and the mobile is not upto the mark with the specification mentioned , the sound quality , camera quality and battery capacity is not good.
When i asked Amazon for money back or want to buy other model mobile , they are replied back stating that Amazon replacement policy is only for damaged , but not for the devices which does not meet the specifications and product quality.
There is no policy defined in Amazon for the product which does not have good quality.
Please help on this.
