When I called the bus driver to reach the place given in the message to catch the bus but his mobile phone was switched off. And I called several times but to no avail. When I registered a complaint in Patym, I was asked to wait for 4 hours that your problem will be solved. But till now I have not heard any and I have lost my money. Please get my refund which I didn’t even travel. I had to suffer a lot. And also take some action for the travel agency.
Please provide solutions of my problems and my refund
