I have booked redmi note 7 pro on 7 April 2019 from shopupi.in and paid rupees 13499 through phonepe and because of some reasons I have cancelled my order on 8 April 2019 and I requested for refund they said I’ll get my refund by 11 April 2019 but I didn’t received any amount till today I have contacted their customer service by call and also through message but there is no reply from them and I have trying to call them from yesterday but no response from them ,so please help me by refunding my amount by them and take serious action on them and block their site and help others from getting fraud.
