Hi Team,
I would like to inform you that I have booked my HSRP no plate on 13.02.2021, but still I have not received the same nor any call or reply from his team.
I am calling after each 3-4 days on customer care no 8929722201 and getting only assurance, when I have complaint on 1st march 2021 then got a date of 4th march, after again got a date of 8th march then again got a date of 12th march by Customer care executive Ms Namita. I have a complaint on 04/03/2021. Complaint no is- UPBMH00051679 but have not resolved yet.
If any charges or penalty will be raised by the government authority due to unavailability of the HSRP no plate on my vehicle then Book My HSRP team will be responsible for that.
Kindly take a strong steps for the frauder.
