I have booked for new Airtel Black with combo offer(Broadband+DTH) on 6th Oct 2023, but still no Service provided so far
1.after many follow ups on 6th day(12-Oct), the Field engineers came and installed the Wifi router (which is old) and said it will be up with in one hour once the Port is fixed and the router will be replaced once the fibre cable is pulled in our location, but no one turned up so far and also picking the call. I hope they are incapable of providing the connection. as per them there is fault in the port and so unable to provide the connection now and they keep extending the installation date every day.
2ndly, they have come and installed DTH connection before the broadband connection. Again issue is here that the engineer who came to install the DTH, suggested me that your Old Dish antenna and cables are in good condition and so no need of installing the new stuff and he fixed the receiver on that old Antenna and went leaving the new one at my home. Since the picture quality and the signal is very poor, I called up that person and asked to come and install the new stuff. Bot not seen so far.
So I called up many times to Airtel customer care and informed to escalate this case and to cancel both the connections and refund my entire amount (Rs 3300/-) what I paid at the time of booking immediately. But no one has any concern to address my issue so far.
Also I urge that they should be penalized as because of them I could not go to office as I keep waiting for them every day from 8th Oct to 13th Oct.
So request your support and immediate action in this regard to refund my money.
