I have booked a to & fro ticket (20-04-22 to 24-04-22) Hyderabad-Srinagar-Hyderabad. Booked on 16-040-2022. I made online payment through ICICI bank, but Travolook did not generate ticket. When I ask their Customer Care they said that they have not received any amount so ticket is not generated., but amount is deducted from ICICI Bank account. Now they are simply saying write a email to them, I too sent mail but the answer is same that they have not received the payment.
