I have booked a ticket in Isher ravels through Paytm from visakhapatnam to hyderabad, the reporting time 6:55 pm on Monday 4 September 2023 but traveller operator call 3.00 pm around told me that bus was cancelled and alternate bus not arranged by ISHER Travels pvt Ltd., Simply told to go with another bus booking.There is no cancellation message or nothing.Till now there is no refund of my money.i raised a ticket in Paytm but was not solved and showing that the trip was completed.
Ticket price+ operator GST+ cancel protect charge =1220+61+70=1351/-.
I know amount is a part of life.But by booking this ticket i spoiled my trip which is very important to me.
Please help me and solve my problem.
