I have booked a bus from Hyderabad to Bangalore on 7th December 2024, but the bus didnt turn up and when i called customer care they are carelessly asking to look for alternative arrangements.
I had paid 100% advance amount for ticket booking while they are not refunding the money at the moment nor helping me booking alternative bus.
Because of this im standing in the middle of the road.
The red bus is not ready to take any responsibility and rather blaming me.
Due to this im under mental termoil.
