I have booked a 5tickets in Paulo travels through redbus from Mumbai to hyderabad, the pickup time is 5.30 pm but now it’s 7.40 pm still the bus is not arrived, so i have called to redbus customer care to cancel my tickets and give my refund but they are saying they won’t give. Since last 2.5 hours I am waiting here with my family. No one is responding.
