I have booked 1 Note 7 Pro smartphone through Shine Summer.in but there was the option of pre payment. I have cancelled the order. Later I received a call from their executive. She told me you can pay at the time of delivery. I agreed and ordered the same. But when I received the delivery via Xpress Bee Courier order no. SS11368. And gave payment of Rs. 3000 to the Delivery boy. Later when I opened the box than I came to found that they have cheated me. There is not the same item which I have ordered and also printed on the front of sealed Box. Now I am trying to call on their customer care number which is switched off. So please help me.

I have booked 1 Note 7 Pro mobile through Shine Summer.in website. But they have delivered duplicate product and also payment have been made. This is big fraud company. Who is cheating with the customers. Please help me.
