On 15th June I had a winnings and company rejected my withdrawals by asking for documents, I then mailed to security desk and recived a confirmation on generating case then they asked for my aadhaar details photos for KYC after providing all my details company’s security rejected my winnings and told me that I can withdraw only my deposited money despite having winnings they were taken back from my account saying I have created multiple accounts though I had not created. post that when I tried to withdraw my deposited money. Company initially told to wait for few time and today June 22nd when I tried to withdraw my money my account password is changed and there is no response from the team on same. I am unable to withdraw my money. I need my winnings and deposited money back.
