I have been playing on 12bet site. Instead of 3400 transfer I have transferred 69456..Now the customer support saying that they don’t received the money

From 12bet site they will generate deposit slip in third party website instead of 3400 deposit I have transferred 69456 now they are saying we didn’t received the money
