Dear Sir.

I have purchased a new connection of tata sky but due to their internal issue they didn’t provide the new connection after that i have asked for refund the amount but still they laying that they have refunded but still didn’t get the refund amount in my account.. Infect i have shared bank statement for this but still issue they have not given back my refund amount.
