I have been frauded by sales person caiming my laptop has 6gb graphic card when it has only 2 gb dedicated graphic card, i specifically asked for a gaming laptop he recommend this laptop, now it has cheap graphic card from which i cannot play games, he also didn’t provide me with a mouse he promoised, After 1 month i came to know it has only 2gb graphic card,He had refused to replace my product when i went 2nd day after purchase to replace it he told me there is no return policy. Product has no warranty and the bill he has provided has no serial no, i purchased the product from authorised lenovo store in pune tilak road branch and the store manager name is Prashant who frauded me by showing total gpu memory which is dedicated2gb, integrated2gb, plus ram2gb which is 6gb this calculation started from 6gen intel i5, next day he said that is has 4gb Nvidia and 2gb onboard after 30 days he is still lying n told he never claimed that n it’s my fault.
