I have contacted Jio many a times for getting my issues resolved. When I complained about the network issue they told me that issue will get resolved in 120 days. It’s been more than 6 months still my issue is not resolved. No one from Network team has contacted me till now. Whenever I reached them, they just answered me diplomatically but nothing has been done on the ground.
