I have been facing from slow internet and buffering issues. I get 30 mbps which is the plan I am subscribed to and yet when I download apps, videos or anything I can see it downloading at speeds 3-4 mbps. Same things happen when I watch videos, movies or music on YouTube or any other sites it buffering, stutters and lags. I had 100 mbps playing to and I faced same issue like this even on 100 mbps plans. And have been facing this problem for the last 3 months I called jiofiber customer care support hundreds of times regarding this issue but my problem has not been resolved, they assigned me technician but after while technician closes the request on their own without calling me or knowing what the problem was. Sometimes technician arrives at my house see the problem says “they come tomorrow and solve it” but their tomorrow never comes I have tried to called the same the same technician multiple times but he never picks up the calls and this has been for last 3 months all customer care support says “I’m sorry” “I deeply apologize for the inconvenience”
“I understand your problem” but they never give me any resolution.
