He send me a message that online produvts at low cost I paid him 999/- first. He send me screenshots of the item i ordered on my Name and address. After 4-6 days the order has not been received. I messaged him again but he is not replying me. Please help. Why the telegram app is allowing suvh Fraudsters. Can we file Complait on Telegram App developers…..?
