Text of Complaint by Manish Keswani:

I had ordered Crocs Mens White Flats (size 7) from my Flipkart Account on 23rd September, 2022 for Rs. 913/-. When I received the said order on 29th September, 2022 I was shocked as the same was not as per my order specification, the seller had sent me Size 8 instead of Size 7. To rectify this Flipkart’s mistake I called the customer care representative and asked them to provide us the correct size of the footwear, however I was informed to cancel the order and place the fresh order for the same.
I would like to know why the Consumer should suffer loss due to the seller’s mistake. As when I checked for fresh order I was been asked to pay Rs. 2000/- (approx), so I called the customer care department again and asked for senior representative but it was even more shocking when we experienced such an unprofessional and unethical behaviour of the Senior Representative as he directly disconnected the call while I was talking to him. I again called Flipkart customer care department and the same thing happened thrice (the senior representatives hung up the call during the ongoing conversation and they didn’t even bother to call back again even after providing them our alternate mobile number).
During the fourth time on 29th September, 2022 I asked Senior Representative to arrange a call back from the Team Leader or Floor Manager and I was been told that he will receive the call back from Team Leader or Floor Manager within next 4 business hours, but we would like to inform you that we didn’t received any such call back till now.
After repetitive emails to Grievance Team, we received a call from Abhishek (Flipkart’s pro Escalation Team), however it seems that Flipkart has appointed illiterate people in its escalation department. As I had a detailed talk about the incorrect size product, I also informed Abhishek in clear words that we want the product which we have originally ordered, but it seems that Abhishek was not in his senses on call as Abhishek placed a return request of the incorrect product and places exchange request of green colour product instead of white.
I have faced severe mental trauma because of such unprofessional, unethical/careless behaviour of Flipkart.
Please note that we have all the call recordings of the above mentioned calls and order/complain details, I would request Honourable Consumer Court to provide me Justice in this matter.
