I had ordered an URBN power bank but there was no charger cable as mentioned on the product. I raised investigation regarding same in amazon. They are saying supplier is telling he has supplied the complete product but I have not received the complete product. They are denying for replacement and return and refund. After buying the device, I got to know it is not compatible with my charger. What should I do with the product now?
