I had placed an order of plastic containers ORDER # 171-1854657-2847528 dt 18.12.22 and returned the same because their lids were loosed. I have lodged complaints several times for my full refund through your call centre. Earlier they said that they got both container’s packs back at your warehouse and promised me that my full amount of money would be refunded soon, whenever we dialed. But now, they said they got a single container’s pack at your warehouse and no full refund will be made. It is out of my mind that I handed over 2Nos packs of 12 containers to your delivery executive which were loose lid packs of containers. if I handed over two packs to your delivery executive then how you got a single pack of containers at your warehouse. Earlier, when I was lodging complaints then you have got both packs of containers at your warehouse suddenly you said you got a single pack. How could it be possible?
