Text of Complaint by Jessica Rahul:

I have taken Airtel black 2 months back and according to the plan I have 3 numbers will be free as a part of the plan, I kept on making payment on time and still getting the separate bills for secondary number which was added in the plan . When I raised the complaint I have asked the customer care to let me talk to their supervisor, they said we will raise this complaint but nothing was raised I am chasing them from last 10 days finally they said, bill cannot be changed you have to pay otherwise it will effect your CIBIL, and we will stop your services, and one of the agent or supervisor has cancelled all the notes if written or any case maintained, I have been tortured by being on hold for 2hrs and 15 mins and when I called again hence found all complaints deleted or may be not maintained and disconnected my call again and again …. As I say I record this call as a proof to show to higher authorities again they disconnect my call.
I am a kidney failure last stage and running behind Airtel …please shut down Airtel services, they are thieves, I told about my health issue to customer care and I have been told its not our problem if any customer dies it has nothing to do with our organisation just pay the bill if you want proper services.
