I got a message on 6 oct 2020 in which write that you have been charge of 10Rs. For downloading ppu game from telesync solution. But i am not downloaded any type game or other things . I alwasy use my jio sim for internet but 10 Rs. Deduction is from by voadafone no. When call on vodafone customer care they said that we are not responsible for this , we are can’nt be type of help.
Please resolve my problem .
