My name is Aniruddh Pathak and I have used Airtel number 9650658144. I am travelling abroad and had requested international incoming roaming to be activated on my mobile. The service was never activated on my mobile and I have been charged Rs 4500 for this service by Airtel.
This has been very dis-appointing as Airtel has charged me just for placing a request and not actually provided the service. Due to this I had to suffer financial damages as I was not able to receive any of the important messages from India. I had requested for this service to be able to make some important payments timely as the online banking system used OTP for authenticating the transactions but because Airtel did not provide this service, i was not able to fulfill my financial obligations timely.
