im using simpl for past 3 months and im repayin git on time now what ha d happend is i have done oly 4 transactions and its bill date is next mnth but suddenly in app its showing some amount of 557.49rs and for this bill date is 15th July. I havent done any transcations for this value and when other bills are getting opened but this bill aloan its not getting opned and now i have recived message that i have chrged for late fee wats this??
