I have been charged for downloading ppu-game from TELESYNC-SOLUTION which I have never downloaded. As per the sms received from VZ-ViCMS, The download time was mid night 02:28 AM 0f 03/11/2020. Rs. 10 have been deducted from my vi account without my concern. I want to file case on company for this. please help me to fight against this.
