i have balance but dont have validity. customer care executive said that after recharge of 100 rs , every month 23 rs will be deducted and validity will extend for the next 28 days today i have 32 rs balance and airtel is not extending validity and i am not able to contact customer care executive at 198. my mobile number is 9827443655.
