I have given my vehicle to Zoom car host they took from my location and my car got repaired and kept in Chennai airport for more than 3days and no response from them. whatever i raise complaint wait for 24 hrs..like that i have waited for 3days but no reply.. they earning 40% commission from our vehicle on each trip but they are treating us like a slave and there is no proper communication centre and responsible person to contact whatever we want to report through the customer care and they will say wait for 24hrs….is this the service……kindly help us..
