Installation of your JioFiber connection Order Number NO0000KJ86OA.But still no installation is done and now they are telling some technical problem that’s why it’s not done. And they are saying they don’t know how long it will take. But they didn’t tell anything while taking my money. Now if i want to cancel they saying it will take 21 days to cancel. I am suffering with my office work plz help
