Hi Team,
I have applied for home loan balance transfer under HDFC bank on March-22.
Due to some unavoidable personal reason(COVID) , I am unable to proceed it further. Loan file is just applied, not even moved to other stages.
Hence, I have requested to close the file and refund the processing fees on next day itself.
Sale Executive told that I will recieve the refund amount within 15 days.But, I havent received it yet.
I am trying to connect with sales team through phone and mail daily.There is no response from their end.
Even they have not closed my file and raised for refund process.
Team is not raising a request to get the processing fees.

I have also tried to raise a complaint through URL https://portal.hdfc.com/grievance-redressal/?refcode=38.
I tried multiple times. But its not working properly. Im getting below error ( Tried with valid phone number,email ID and dile no)
ERROR:
Please enter a valid Serial number / File number / Loan Account number/ Deposit Number.
My salary is getting credited with HDFC bank from past 5+years. Being a valued and long term customer , I am unhappy with HDFC bank service now.

Please take it on higher priority and help to get the processing fees- Rs .7670 ASAP.
I have raised a request 3 times so far. But issue still persists.
Can anyone look into it ASAP?Please raise a request on behalf of me to get the refund amount on processing fees.
