Hello sir,
I returned my product my product on 23rd octobet but the delivery boy has not updated yet and he also misbehave with me. I am calling to meesho help center but they didn’t help even i provide the delivery to meesho team but didn’t take any action. Afterwards today evening only i called to delivery boy again he misbehaving when i askes him why he didn’t updated my product still then he told i already updated don’t call on my number then i said i can see on my meesho account that you didn’t update, do it soon, otherwise i will take legel action against you. Then he told do whatever you want.. This is an unfortunate experience. Please take it seriously and please help 219rs is not a big amount of anyone i can just skip out this query but I will not do that because it is not about money here it is about the trust, it is about the bonding, it is about the commitment which they made to the customers . Hope you look in to the matter seriously as well as personally and such incident won’t happen in future with anyone.
