I have already balance of Rs 120. And again I have recharged for Rs 800 for new pack but still I m not viewing the channel’s and also no any tatasky executives responding properly.

I have  recharged for Rs 800. Previously I was having balance in my account is 120. And I have chosen the package of Rs 906. But I have not viewing the proper channels nor responding from tatasky executive.
